At Grove Collaborative, we want you to love every sustainable product in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Grove account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely back at our fulfillment center.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
